I am Carolena Pierce a Healing Arts Practitioner and a second generation Sprout crusader.
Since our foods are raised on depleted soils we need the most nutrition we can get in order to "Thrive". I am so excited to invite you on a fun and treasure filled adventure that will reveal the best possible nutritional density available in the food you already eat.
